Real people creating opportunity and inclusion for all

Our Inclusion Pillars

TPP are committed to equality of opportunity, diversity, and inclusion

We are pleased to share with you our updated Statement and Action Plan. This plan centres around Six Inclusion Pillars, one of which is Diversifying the Sector which talks about working in partnership with non profit organisations to challenge and eliminate barriers and unconscious bias.

We do this in many ways and you can read more about some of our achievements in the action plan or by checking out our Altogether Better series of events.

Health & Wellbeing

We believe that the mental health and wellbeing of people is key to both personal and professional fulfilment. Being part of TPP you will be offered genuine help and support in order to succeed and be the best version of yourself.

We know that there are challenges to be faced in the workplace as well as in our personal lives and as such we provide all staff with access to a confidential Employee Assistance Programme (EAP) - we understand that having access to completely confidential support can be very powerful and useful to employees.

Wellbeing

In addition to this, our COO, Tracey George is a qualified Mental Health First Aider, who can offer support, guidance and signposting to specific and relevant services if needed.

We also have a wellbeing hub and promote walking meetings and our flexible working hours allows staff to take up extra-curricular activities which are essential to a healthy work life balance.
